Pricing questions
What exactly is a minute?
One minute of the video you upload, rounded up to the next 6 seconds. A 47-second clip uses 0.8 min; a 3-minute video uses 3 min.
Do extra formats cost extra?
No. A video is charged once, when you upload it. Adding 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 or 16:9 versions of it — then or later — is free.
Do unused plan minutes roll over?
No. Plan minutes reset to your allowance every month, and they're used first. Pack minutes, including any welcome minutes, never expire.
Do yearly plans get all their minutes at once?
No — a yearly plan is billed once a year and refilled with its monthly minutes every month, at a lower price than paying monthly.
What if a video fails to process?
If we can't analyze a video after automatic retries, its minutes go straight back to your balance. You're never charged twice for the same video.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes, any time from Billing. After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Upgrading adds the bigger plan's extra minutes right away.
How do you handle payments?
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
